This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics, ad tracking or third-party analysis. Fonts, images and all code are served from the website's own server. Visiting the website therefore passes no personal data to us.
When you contact us by email: your name, email address and what you write. Purpose: to answer and follow up on your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering into a contract when the dialogue concerns an engagement.
When you book a meeting via Calendly: your name, email address, chosen time and any details you provide. Calendly LLC is our data processor for the booking; the booking link goes to Calendly's website, which has its own privacy policy. Purpose: to hold the booked meeting. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
In client engagements: contact details of relevant people at the client, under the agreement and data protection annex governing the engagement.
We share data only with the IT providers needed to run the business, such as email (Microsoft 365) and meeting scheduling (Calendly). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done under an adequacy decision by the European Commission (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.
Email dialogues are kept as long as needed for their purpose and then deleted. Data in contracts and invoicing is kept as long as bookkeeping and tax legislation require.
You have the right to request access to, rectification of and erasure of your personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to the processing, and data portability. Contact [email protected] and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
