Proposo: quote automation with AI support

Proposo is Inonom's solution for quote automation. It turns a customer request into a structured quote draft in minutes instead of days. The AI support analyses needs, products, prices and reference cases and writes the draft in the company's template. The salesperson adjusts and approves before anything is sent.

Proposo

What problem does Proposo solve?

Quotes take time in the wrong places: interpreting the request, asking for what is missing, finding similar deals and getting the document to look right. The salesperson's time goes into compiling instead of the customer.

How does it work?

  1. The request comes in: an email, an attachment or a note.
  2. The need is structured and gaps are flagged, with suggested follow-up questions.
  3. Similar past deals, prices and reference cases are pulled from the company's own knowledge base.
  4. A draft is written in the company's template and tone.
  5. The salesperson adjusts in dialogue with the AI support and approves.

What does the AI support do, and what does the salesperson do?

The AI support does the groundwork. The price always comes from the price list or pricing system, never from a guess, and a missing verified price is flagged. The salesperson owns price, terms and the personal touch.
