Our story

With over 25 years of sales management experience, I have coached 150+ managers, generated hundreds of millions in revenue, and developed sales strategies that deliver real results.

Throughout my career, I have led sales and business development for global companies such as Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Tellabs , Nominum and Trimble. From winning multi-million dollar enterprise contracts to driving international SaaS growth, I know how to transform sales organizations and create scalable, repeatable success.

In recent years, I have focused on coaching, training, and implementing AI in sales. I have helped more than 150 tech leaders from 16+ countries – including Sweden, Germany, the UK, Italy, Ukraine, and Moldova – refine their Go-To-Market strategies, increase conversion rates, and accelerate international expansion.

My programs have supported CEOs , founders and sales leaders in winning new customers, building predictable pipelines and adapting to complex markets like the Swedish one.

  • Masterclasses and training programs – such as “Selling Effectively in the Swedish Tech Market” and “ How to Scale Your SaaS Business Through International Expansion” together with Ny Teknik Education .
  • Executive Coaching – individual sessions based on International Coaching Federation (ICF) best practices , designed to help leaders translate strategy into action.
  • Market entry projects – for example TechStep Sweden, where I coached over 35 IT companies from Ukraine and Moldova to build their export plans and win Swedish customers.
  • Implementation of AI support – building AI agents for quote creation, sales coaching, lead generation and customer research that make sales work more efficient and scalable.

I have professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management (ADKAR), Solid Business Coaching , Advanced Negotiation (IFL Stockholm), Commercial Director ( ProSales Stockholm) and Board Training (Styrelseakademin). These qualifications, combined with extensive practical experience in enterprise sales, SaaS and IT services, allow me to build bridges between strategy, human strengths and AI support.
